ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN BAHAN BAKU TEPUNG TAPIOKA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) PADA PT. BUDI STARCH & SWEETENER, TBK

The purpose of this study is to find the optimal raw material inventory a company if it calculated using EOQ method. (case at Pt. Budi Strach & Sweetener, Tbk). data used in were taken from company's books and interviews with HRD personnel Tbk 2021. are: purchase data, usage frequency, cassava ordering storage cost data. analysis was carried out formula, safety stock, reorder point, total cost, frequency. problem research its production experience shortage materials every year because supply field uncertain, so here author tries apply Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method minimize various aspects procurement supplies. results indicate that: Control considered more efficient optimal, proven that there decrease costs Rp. 3,219,502.
